I’m a founder, leadership coach, passionate about helping modern leaders and their teams create real shifts.

My journey has taken me from growing up as a war refugee in Sarajevo to becoming an NCAA athlete in the U.S., leading teams in global tech, and eventually stepping away to rethink how leadership actually works. That turning point led me to create the Exponential Accelerator™ — a system born from my own transformation.

For over 30 years, I’ve studied both ancient wisdom and modern performance science, integrating them into what is now the 5D Leadership System™ — a practical framework to help leaders gain clarity, align their energy, and perform at an exponential level.

I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, and teams to unlock rapid growth — but what matters most to me is helping people lead with clarity, balance, and authenticity.

At my core, I’m a father of three, a husband, an adventurer, and a lifelong student — focused on helping leaders think, feel, perform, and lead like the top 1%, without sacrificing what matters most.
